''Scavengers''
At the San Francisco Hunt (video) Multi-layered clues with performers. They were written clues to start, then performers reveal the object that needs to be collected. On a very large scale.
Around 50 teams who run around and collect the objects, they get brought back and exhibited by Sofaer. The clues are all inspired and sensitive to the city that it is in (in each of the different cities, Edinburgh etc)
The prize was £2,000/$4,000. The exhibiton at end is a great idea, challenging what modern art is, what can you call art? The objects were only in the museum for a few days making it performative and challenging the object/artefacts that would have been there months/years.
I really like Scavengers - the ordinary objects that are collected become the treasure, displayed in a pleasing way. It is very heavy on the teams/audience participating. If none of the audience were up for it, it wouldn't of worked.
