Structure Plan

After confiring with a designer I have come to the conclusion that MDF cut to size for the base, would be the cheapest and easiest option(http://www.mdfcuttosize.com/mdf/index.php). This will be acurate measurements, which I need to fit the Octagon shape, will then attach hinges and fix together in two parts. This can then be easily assembled on the day and easily stored.

Next are the poles, trying to find some free standing ones to hire, which can then be decorated and have fabric going up to the middle pole/spire. These again would be great as they are ready made for the day.

Costume Updated

I have decided to try and find some pjamamas to alter for the costumes. It will be cheaper and be more comfortable.

I went to the Costume Studio and the bathing auits are very tight! Not sure that this is what I am looking for. Humpf.
